Job Description

As the Sales and Marketing Executive, you lead integrated marketing and B2B sales efforts across the UAE and KSA. This hybrid role blends strategic marketing execution with consultative sales, targeting high-value clients and driving brand growth.

Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Conduct market and competitor research to shape strategies and uncover opportunities.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social, email, ads) tailored to UAE/KSA audiences.

  • Create localized content (English/Arabic) and manage performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and explore influencer/partnership opportunities to boost brand presence.

Sales (B2B):

  • Prospect and engage high-value B2B clients via outreach, networking, and consultative selling.

  • Lead discovery meetings, deliver tailored demos, and negotiate/closing deals with a focus on KSA.

  • Build long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor aligned with their business goals.

  • Maintain CRM records, prepare proposals, and share market insights to refine strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong grasp of both UAE and Saudi business environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, ideally in the real estate industry within the GCC.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
  • Experience in both marketing strategy and sales execution.
  • Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) + marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Self-starter, organized, able to juggle many moving parts.
  • Willing to travel between KSA and UAE
