Position: Senior Sales Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to lead and expand our business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, confidence in handling both B2B and B2C clients, and the ability to communicate the value of technical inspection services effectively. This role collaborates closely with the operations and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete UAE sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop new business opportunities with developers, project managers, OAs, facility managers, consultants, and homeowners.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on UAE leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Prepare client proposals in coordination with Operations.
- Attend meetings, site visits, and client presentations.
- Maintain CRM records and provide weekly and monthly sales performance updates.
- Support marketing initiatives with insights and participate in industry events as needed.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in real estate, construction, or technical services.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market.
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Package:
- Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 (depending on experience).
